Participating lenders may verify your South African ID number, do a credit check, and compare your information to government databases that track consumer transactions with lending institutions, among other things. You agree to allow participating lenders to evaluate, verify, and study the information you supply by submitting the Application Form to us.
If you are accepted as an applicant by a participating lender, you will be contacted by that lender. You understand and agree that we have no further role in your loan application or approval process once you have been directed to the lender. Any further interactions or contacts with the lender are governed by the lender’s privacy policy, terms of service, and/or other policies and/or terms and conditions.
Please keep in mind that we are not a lender and do not make credit or lending decisions as part of our Services. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any particular lender, lending program, or product will approve your application. The lender’s terms and conditions apply to all loans. We do not represent or guarantee that the participating lender’s loan availability, rates, fees, or other loan terms are the best loan for you or available in the marketplace, nor do we represent or guarantee that this is the best loan for you or available in the marketplace. We are not liable for any errors or delays in providing the Services, whether caused by inaccuracies in the registration information you submitted or technical issues with our system.
