1. THE EFFECT OF BINDING

11. SOUTH AFRICA ONLY USE
Company manages and operates the Site from its offices in the Western Cape. The website’s domain is registered in South Africa, and the site is hosted there as well. Individuals in South Africa are the only ones who should visit this site. Company makes no claim that the materials or services to which you have been granted access are available or appropriate for use in other areas.
12. AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Should Company request to make such an update and we, in our sole discretion, determine that the change is important, we will:
(i) Make the fact that an alteration is being made clear on the main page. You may contact us to discuss the proposed changes, and we will provide you with contact information.
If a court of competent jurisdiction rules this Amendment provision invalid, this Amendment clause will be canceled as part of this agreement, and the agreement between us will revert to the previous set of website conditions. All revisions to the Terms must be prospective.
